Dive Boracay
Better place to learn scuba diving in the Philippines.. Subic or Boracay?Do you have any idea how much it cost?
I went scuba diving in Cebu but I know pretty much every resort on the beach has classes. I was taken out by my roommates uncle so it was free for me but if I recall most places wanted to charge ~$100 for the class and a trip out in the ocean.
This was last year and my memory is foggy. I do know that the nicer the place you go, the more expensive it will be, and the more you will sit there in a class room instead of diving. I would try to find some small operation or just a dive master that rents equipment from another place and then will take you out.
